We use a two-level pricing system based on the quantity you order. You may notice that some items display two prices: Price 1 and Price 2.
Price 1 applies when you purchase the lower quantity (Qty 1).
Price 2 is a discounted rate available when you order the larger quantity (Qty 2) or more.
If only Price 2/Qty 2 is listed, then that item has a single price, and Qty 2 is the minimum order quantity.
"Min" indicates the minimum quantity sold for that item at the listed price. For your convenience, we also display the case quantity for most items.
When placing your order, please ensure quantities are in increments of the listed minimum or full case lots.
Unit of Measure Clarification
DZ = Dozen (12 units)
EA = Each
In most cases, EA refers to a single retail unit of an item — for example: One card of Krazy Glue, One card of Duracell AA 4-pack, One roll of Kodak film.
However, EA can also refer to larger groupings depending on the item. For instance: One EA may be one display of 50 BIC lighters, One EA may be one case of 50 foam cups
Please check the item description carefully to determine what the unit includes.
All listed prices are for one unit, as defined (whether a single retail item or a full display/case). For example, if the unit is one display of 50 BIC lighters, the price reflects the entire display, not per lighter.

Freight Charges
Please note that certain items we handle—such as bulbs, lighters, flammable materials, and other restricted products—may not be suitable for standard ground shipping via UPS or FedEx. Additionally, if your order exceeds approximately 33% of a pallet in volume, pallet shipping is typically more cost-effective.
Due to these logistical considerations and others, we are unable to provide accurate freight estimates online for small, non-pallet orders. For this reason, we do not collect payment through our website.
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then contact you directly to provide a freight estimate and payment details. If you find the freight charges unsatisfactory, or if you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so at that time without obligation.

Do You Offer Extra Discounts on Large Quantities?
Please note that purchasing 50–100 different items in multiple-case quantities is quite common among our customers. While we genuinely appreciate your business, we do not consider that volume to be unusual.
Our pricing is already highly competitive and specifically structured to attract large-volume buyers. For that reason, we do not have a set discount structure for extremely large or "mega" orders.
However, if there are one or two specific items that you are interested in purchasing in unusually large quantities (such as pallet-level quantities), please let us know:

Do You Have Credit Terms?

Do You Accept Credit Cards?
For Contiguous USA customers, we accept: Bank checks, Money orders, ACH and Wire transfers.
Company checks (order will be held for 15 working days)

Do You Ship COD?
NO, we do not ship COD.
How Long Will It Take You To Ship My Order?
Most orders are shipped within 24hrs of payment.
How to Determine Freight Charges?
Check the Pallet-Program Areas. If your business location is within the Pallet-Program areas, you can use the pallet freight rate. If You Don't Find a Pallet Rate for Your State, call Customer Service at 201-365-6500 for assistance. They’ll let you know if your location qualifies or provide alternate shipping options.
Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx) are not available online at the moment. The company does not collect payments online for this reason.
Once you place your order, it’s not final or binding. A representative will contact you with the freight charges. You will then decide to approve or cancel the order. If you cancel, there’s no obligation or charge.
Can I Arrange to Pick Up My Order?
Absolutely! If you'd like to pick up your order, just let us know.
Please indicate your preferred pickup time in the message section when placing your order, and we’ll have everything ready for you.
If you plan to use your own trucker for pickup, that’s no problem at all. Just provide us with written instructions, and we’ll coordinate accordingly.
Do You Backorder Items Not Shipped?
We typically fulfill 95–100% of your order. Items that are not shipped are not automatically backordered. However, if you request it, we’ll gladly notify you when the item is back in stock and available for shipment.

Internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping! We can ship
everything in our catalog except for a few items that manufacturers
restrict from being exported. If you have any questions about

Do You Have an
Outside Salesman?
No, we do not. And here's why that benefits you.
Most salesmen who visit your store and spend an hour or so taking your order typically earn a commission of 3–5%. If they claim otherwise, be skeptical.
We operate differently. Since we don't employ outside salespeople, cover freight costs, or extend credit terms, we can offer more competitive pricing. If you're dealing with companies that do all of that, chances are you're paying for it—likely more than you realize.
What If Something Is Missing From My Shipment?
All orders go through a rigorous quality control process, including multiple checks before shipping. While shortages or errors are rare, we are only human — and we stand fully behind everything we ship.
If there is a shortage or you receive the wrong items, we will take immediate steps to resolve the issue. Upon Delivery, Count your cases and clearly write the number received next to your signature. If shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground, inspect each box - Note any damaged boxes when signing. If a box appears opened or resealed, refuse the package. In case of a shortage, damage, or incorrect items, do not discard the cartons or packing materials until your claim is processed — this helps us resolve the issue more quickly.

I Don’t Have A Business! Would You Sell To Me?
You must be in business to buy from us, in fact we reserve the right to ask any New-User for a proof that he does have an active business entity , the proof may consist of sales-tax bills, tax-id-number, or some other documents as we see fit.
Do You Have a Minimum For Orders?
Effective June 1, 2022, our minimum order requirement is $500.00. Orders below this amount may not be processed or shipped.
For first-time customers, a reduced minimum of $300.00 applies.
How Do I Pay You?
Company checks, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Credit Card – Paying by check will delay your order.
